Milky Way over Cataract Canyon 01
This was taken from one of our campsites while rafting the Colorado River from Moab, UT down to Lake Powell. Nowhere close to civilization of any size, the light pollution was minimal and the moon cooperated giving us about an hour of moonless star gazing each night on that trip. If you haven’t seen skies as dark as this firsthand, I highly recommend it. It is a humbling experience.
Metal Print:
